The Challenge Scotland June events take place in Holyrood Park on 24th June 2012. You have a choice of the 12 mile walk , 6 mile walk or Golden Mile Walks (1,2 or 3 miles) You choose the distance. To complete the day we have the Toddle for Scotland, a walk for little ones under 6 years old.

The Golden Mile Walks are primarily aimed at all who wish to participate in what will be a tremendous fun day out, whether they wish to walk, stroll 1,2, or 3 miles. Anybody can take part, no one is excluded.

Sir Jimmy's legacy of millions raised for charity
The popular disc jockey and media personality Sir Jimmy Savile OBE passed away last month, aged 84, at his home in Yorkshire.
